If AI tools were people, they would have been my best friends this year.

Updated: 2 days ago

As a marketing content creator for a wide range of companies in high-tech, cyber, industry, logistics, defense, med-tech, construction, and more, I use AI tools quite a lot. We quickly moved from “five tools you must know” to ten, to sixty, to a hundred. Today it’s hard to keep track. Believe it or not, I test a new tool almost every single day.So here’s the list of AI tools that accompanied me the most this year, helped me stay organized, gave me inspiration, and made my life easier as a content creator.

Canva 🟣My new PowerPoint. A one-stop shop. Incredible for design: templates, animations, image libraries, external apps, and fascinating AI capabilities.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: Saves hours of searching, provides professional designs at the click of a button, and suits every skill level.

ChatGPT 🟢Feels like a smart, supportive friend who’s always there for me. Asks, suggests, writes, polishes.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: Fast, available, always positive and uplifting – especially when ideas or phrasing are needed within seconds.

Perplexity 🟡The constant detective. The private investigator. Knows how to search for real information, bring sources, and link to research.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: Perfect when you need up-to-date information, verified facts, or want to save time on deep-dive searches.

Grammarly 🔵The language editor.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: Corrects, refines, and improves tone and style – especially useful when writing for international clients.

Gamma 🟠When I’m stuck with an idea for a business presentation, it jumps in with structure, ideas, and wording.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: A perfect starter for presentations when you just need something to begin with.

Gemini 🟣The smart, helpful kid in class who’s always ready to assist.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: A great Hebrew tool for text editing, phrasing, and short creative work.

Midjourney + DALL·E

🟡Two talented artists with different personalities – both create amazing images for me without

complication.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: Delivers strong, accurate results right from the first prompt.

Natural Readers

🟢The tool that turned every text into audio for me – just like listening to a podcast.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: Reads any text in a natural-sounding voice, perfect for people who absorb information better by listening. You can choose from various voices, pacing, and expression levels. I use it to listen to technical content, marketing documents, and sometimes just to give my eyes a break.

Google 🔴Making a big comeback. Sometimes it answers complex questions more accurately than chat.

🔹 Why it’s recommended: Still unbeatable when you need to search for people, trends, official sources, or get instant results.
