So what if the AI said no

Did you get a negative answer from the chat and give up on the idea? Wait a second.
You asked an AI system a fundamental question, got a clear-cut negative answer, and assumed the story was over?
It’s important to know that the moment you blindly trust a machine’s statistical answer, you sometimes miss a move that could change your entire life, opportunities worth hundreds of thousands of shekels, or critical business decisions.
The chat is not the ultimate authority. It’s a statistical machine, which is both its advantage and its disadvantage. It’s excellent at collecting and analyzing data, but it does not have:
· Human intuition: it cannot read between the lines, detect fear, ego, or internal politics.
· Creativity: it offers standard solutions based on existing data, but not out-of-the-box thinking.
· Emotion: it does not understand the psychological complexity behind business decisions, silences on the phone, or a raised eyebrow.
Two examples from my past year:
A draconian contract: my client faced a huge company that presented an almost impossible agreement that financially endangered her. Chats and legal advisors said it was a standard contract for all suppliers and there was nothing to do. But something inside me said there was room for negotiation. We teamed up with her lawyer, drafted a creative amendment, and the agreement was closed within a few days.
A strategic client: a financial company received a “no” from an important potential client. The chat analyzed the answer and suggested dropping the matter. After an in-depth conversation with him, I realized it was personal and human fear on the other side—from the process itself and how demanding and complex he might be. Together we drafted a response that removed the fear obstacle, and the deal returned to the table.
The chat is an amazing tool, but it is not a replacement for intuition. The knowledge it provides is immense, but it is a machine. Its ability to offer you an out-of-the-box solution that considers deep human aspects is very limited.
The chat doesn’t sleep at night, it doesn’t have a gut that tightens with fear, and above all, it cannot replace human insight and intuition. It gives a significant shortcut, but the intuition remains yours and that of those around you.
Please don’t let it:
· Break your dreams
· Make a decision for you that feels intuitively wrong
· Dismiss an idea that you know and feel could solve problems
In recent years, I have guided many businesses through growth and expansion processes. From my experience, sometimes one meeting, one conversation, can clarify the whole picture and give you confidence in your idea and direction.
