Stop Being So Modest

🎤 Stop being so modest!
How many times have clients told me: “But it’s obvious to everyone!” when I asked why they don’t share their successes? Too many.
💡 Friends, it’s not obvious to everyone. And if you don’t tell your story – no one will know.
Here’s why you should (and must!) share your achievements on LinkedIn and in your marketing – and how to do it without sounding arrogant:
🔥 Why it matters:
🔹 Clients want to see success – 👀 they’re looking for proof that your solutions work. Sharing builds trust and confidence.
🔹 People love celebrating others’ wins – 🎉 it’s inspiring and makes them think “I can do this too!” Positive posts drive higher engagement.
🔹 Our brains are wired to respond to success – 🧠 research shows people are drawn to those who radiate confidence. Sharing achievements positions you as a leader.
🔹 Too much modesty is a problem – 🙈 in today’s noisy world, if you don’t talk about your wins, you’ll become invisible.
🔹 Personal branding & differentiation – 🎯 sharing success strengthens your brand and highlights your uniqueness.
🔹 Success attracts success – 🚀 clients, partners, job offers, opportunities – they all come when you share what you’ve accomplished.
✨ So how do you do it right?
✔ Share with genuine joy – 😊 write in a positive, authentic tone, like you’re celebrating with your audience.
✔ Add value through your success – 🎁 instead of “look how great I am”, share what you learned and how it helps others.
✔ Give credit to others – 🤝 if your success involved a team, colleagues, or partners, tag them and acknowledge their role. It makes the post more collaborative.
✔ Tell a story, not just a list – 📖 people connect to stories. Instead of “I won an award”, explain how you got there.
✔ Avoid “humblebragging” – 🚫 don’t hide behind a complaint that’s really self-promotion.
✔ End with a question – ❓ it drives engagement. For example: “What’s the achievement you’re most proud of this year?”

🎯 So… what are YOU proud of this year? I’d love to hear! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
🔹 And to those of you already sharing your personal and company wins – I’m cheering for you! 🚀 Please, turn off that “what will people think?” switch 😎🙏
